However, they are like apartments with all services included. The service was top-notch, professional, and very friendly. The location was lovely and relaxing, attached to a famous landmark on the beautiful gulf coast. The dining experience was the best I have encountered so far, with a wide choice of options. Overall, the hotel provides great service and amenities, but there are concerns about room standards and smoking issues.

I had a bit of a mishap with the do not disturb switch causing some smoke smell in the room, but overall, the rooms were great for business purposes and the hotel design was impressive. The service, including Anjelo at the reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was lovely, especially at night, albeit a bit far from downtown KC. The dining options were varied, catering to different tastes. The hotel needs to improve the luxurious room offerings. The facilities were top-notch.
